The installation of our metal roof was great. Very happy with the way it looks. What I didn’t care for was the crew kept unplugged my hot tub to plug in their equipment and in the freezing temperatures it could have frozen the lines because it never got plugged back in and there was some trash and screws left behind. It did take a couple weeks longer than they first said, weather and holidays played a part in that but communication could have been better.

After realizing our home had zero insulation in the attic and we developed ice jams and huge icicles on our home, I began to research businesses that specialize in fixing our problem and came across DunRite Roofing who had Excellent reviews, have been in business since 1989 and cover most of Northeast Ohio. They responded immediately and gave us a quote within a few days and the work was completed within one week. We are very satisfied with the work and Highly Recommend DunRite Roofing.

We received a notice from our insurance company that our roof needed replacement. After several estimates, we decided on DunRite. Best decision we ever made. Dan, the Project Manager, was helpful in assessing our needs and the job was completed without any issues. The roofing crew was excellent in workman ship and work ethics. After a storm we needed some repair work on the siding and gutters. Even though they were very busy because of the storm, they came out in a matter of days. The estimate was reasonable. The installers were prompt and efficient. They cleaned up every bit of scrap and nails. This is the third time we have used them. I would use them again.

Shawn Fiestamel was a real pleasure to work with and DunRite was very communicative. They did an excellent job facilitating all of the administrative and technical work for wind damage, and replacing the roof as well as some of the gutters. The biggest problem I found when they were done is that the gutters and roof looked so nice and clean that I will now have to clean the rest of the house to match. I would definitely recommend DunRite. And I absolutely, positively, without a doubt recommend Shawn! He’s a wonderful asset to that company. Words can not explain how pleased I am with Dunrite exterior’s! Mike and his team truly has your back! They came out to my house, helped me out with a quote, went to my insurance, came back out broke everything down to a 3rd grade level, and told me exactly what was gonna happen! Gus at Dunrite completed the replacement of my garage roof and vinyl siding. They matched the color perfectly with our house color. They quoted immediately and provided detailed explanation of the job scope of work. The timeline for scheduling was with one week of the contract. They had a crew of 10 workers who finished the job in one business day. The company was extremely detailed and easy to communicate. The offer Great warranty on work and materials . I highly recommended them for your next home project.

Summary: I had a great experience working with DunRite Exteriors when replacing my roof (complete tear off and re-shingle). Gus, Johnny and everyone at DunRite worked to ensure my project was scheduled quickly and completed correctly. They navigated the bad weather and got the job done in a day, as promised. They were also right back out to address any issues / questions I had following the work. I would recommend them to anyone looking to replace their roof. Details: I went to the Cleveland Home and Garden Show and signed up for quite a few roof estimates as the fiber glass was starting to show in spots on my roof. The quotes ranged from $21,000 down to $12,000. DunRite came in near the middle. After talking to the salesperson (Gus), I liked the quality of their materials, the length of their warranty (25 years on craftsmanship) and their expectation of getting the tear off and replacement done in one day. I also had a friend who used them previously used DunRite and was happy with their work. The other companies expected 2 days of work and the warranty durations ranged from 5 years to 25 years. Gus worked with me to get the most competitive price and I signed the contract / put down the deposit on a Friday afternoon. DunRite had the permits pulled that next Tuesday and had me on the schedule for that Thursday. Due to bad weather, it got pushed back to Friday then again to that Saturday. The installation crew arrived on time. The installation manager (Johnny) was on-site and made sure he answered any questions / addressed any concerns I had at the time. The crew did a decent job cleaning up (found one nail in a raised planter box, and various pieces of plastic / shingles strewn about). They did not leave any nails in the yard as they used a rolling magnet to pick up any strays. Despite it raining / snowing the days following the installation, Johnny was onsite Monday to do the walk through and create the punch list. There were just some cosmetic things (handprints on fascia, tar marks on driveway, etc...), one bent splash guard, and scratches on the deck step posts. Due to more bad weather, they couldn't fix them that day, but were out by Thursday to fix the items. The splash guard was replaced, the scratches buffed out and the cosmetic issues fixed / cleaned. I appreciated DunRite working with me and the timeliness of their responses. I would use them again for sure!

DunRite did a great job at our home in Valley City. They did a complete roof tear off/replacement as well as all new siding on our home. They were efficient and we are very happy with the final product. We also appreciated all of the work they did to provide our insurance company the information needed to have the roof replaced due to storm damage.

DunRite completed full roof, siding, and gutter replacement for us after hail storm damage, plus replacing our two skylights. Our sales rep, Tim, was clear and thorough in all communication, explaining all of our options without forcing us into one direction just to make the sale. The teams executing the job were focused and diligent. Our installation manager, Johnny, went above and beyond answering questions and assisting with every request we made. DunRite ensured all issues from inclement weather in the middle of the work were resolved in a timely manner. I would highly recommend DunRite for exterior work.

Dunrite exteriors did a great job at our home in Valley City Ohio. They did a new roof, siding, gutters, 2 sliding doors and six skylights. They were quick to follow up and they were very thorough on inspecting the project once it was completed. We were glad they were able to work with our insurance for the roof that was damaged by a storm!

Had roof replaced on home and garage. Prompt response to request for estimate. Thorough presentation of work involved and their system and way of doing it. Good explanation of "whys and wherefors". They honored the advertised discounts. They scheduled and performed the job promptly. (only a little more than a week from estimate to completion, with Christmas holidays between.) Looks great. A quality job at a reasonable price.

Kevin, with Dunwright exteriors, was knowledgeable, friendly, and explained the roof repair process very well. The work was done in a timely manner, and was just as they said it would be. everything was cleaned up when the job was completed. While we were deciding, he was an attentive without being pushy, and provided many quotes to help us find the best financing and the repair that made the best sense for us. I would highly recommend!

My salesperson/contact, Gus was very helpful and easy to work with. The crew did excellent work and they were very courteous. Communication could have been better. More care could have been taken in the flower beds. I did not appreciate receiving multiple final invoices before the walk thru was done, and before the punch list was finished.

We recently had our roof replaced through DunRite Exteriors and they did a fantastic job! Kevin was amazing and made the entire process seamless, which I appreciated with a little guy at home and another one on the way. Kevin showed us the materials that would be used for the roof and met with the roofers throughout the day to ensure the job would be completed to the highest of standards. From being seen in person to having the roof serviced took less than a week, just in time for the harsh winter months. We could not have asked for a better experience!!

Our home needed a new front door as the original builder-grade door was not installed correctly causing the original door to rot on the jams from water damage. The DunRite team came out, proposed a quality replacement, arrived on time and we are very happy with the result. I would highly recommend them.

From the very beginning through the final cleanup .. Gus was there anytime to answer any questions or walk me through the steps of the project .. The crew that installed the roof were on site at 630am and worked until after 8pm to finish the roof and start the cleanup.. the next day the crew came out and put the final touches on and gutter crew . installed the K Guard gutter system and the experience was just as good as the roofing crew.. Great Job!!!!

We found Dun Rite after an awful experience with another contractor. Dun Rite's Tim took the time to write a detailed response with photos on what exactly the issues were upon inspection and met with us multiple times to ensure I was comfortable moving forward. The on-site crew is just as communicative and skilled; we experienced Tim on site during the project, a foreman, an assistant foreman, the workers, and even an inspection. Everyone took their time during set up to protect our flowers and yard, repairs, making sure we knew of and approved any additional repair needs, install and even clean up. We even completed a final walk through with Tim to approve of everything completed. This is what an install should feel like- I couldn't be more grateful and appreciative of how much effort everyone put forth to help fix our home. Thank you!

Everything was done so professionally, from the first time I met up with Gus. He sat down and meticulously went over every item, material and cost. He had a binder and went page by page the order of the roofing materials to be used and I could touch and feel the sample materials. The crew arrived like clockwork, had organized all their equipment and went to work quickly and quietly. Even my cat slept through it, lol. They started work at 7:30am and finished at about 3pm with a lunch break around noon. They covered everything in tarps before working in that area. The garage door was tarped, as was the patio. The lawn was tarped under and in front of the smaller hydraulic dumpster as it was moved around my house. the smaller dumpster was then raised and its contents dumped into the large dumpster in the driveway. the crew rolled up their hoses picked up their equipment cleaned up the wrappers and all their supplies and they were gone. It was magical. I have never seen a company so efficient and meticulous. I highly recommend DunRite.

Had the entire house done with new windows including a 3 section bay window. Was kept up to date on all scheduling. Great communication. Easy to work with and VERY professional. Mike (Owner) and Kevin came out to look at replacing the roof and gutters on my home. After sharing my concerns, they provided a plan to replace my roof, gutters, and to fix the ventilation problems I have had in my attic. The roofing crew were done in a day, very professional, and cleaned up the property as if they were never there (Spotless!). Gutter crew came the next day, and the same applied. I already can feel a temperature difference with the roof being properly ventilated. Kevin was there at every step of both jobs. Price was a great value for what I received in service and most important to me, expertise. This is a job I only want to do once in my life. I believe Kevin and Mike have met and exceeded my expectations. Any fly-by-night can do it cheaper, but if you want quality professional work, Call DunRite Exteriors. I will use them again when I re-side my home in a couple of years.

Highly recommend this company. The entire experience was excellent. No pressure, solved some problems, they even designed an exit for rain into our barrel from the gutters. Our problems are solved. The pricing was almost half what I expected, for a team that was hardworking, professional and knowledgeable. Great company and would suggest they install your gutters over any other company. They provided matching 6" wide gutters with leaf guard and provided pictures of inside the gutters while they were installing.

DunRite Exteriors and K Guard are absolutely amazing. We already had K Guard installed on the front of the house several years ago. We decided we wanted to finish the back of the house by replacing the existing gutters. Calling DunRite and having K Guard installed was a no brainier. We contracted DunRite to do roof repairs and coating on our condo roofs as well as our garages. They were very professional, made the repairs and than applied coating to the roofs in a timely manner. They answered all questions we had as well as did some repairs that were not on the original bid. If you want a company to do a fantastic job, I wouldn't hesitate to hire them.p

We recently bought a house and started experiencing many complications with the foundation and roof. It had been extremely overwhelming... but as soon as I met Gus, I knew we were in the right hands. I was absolutely amazed that they were able to complete my roof in under a day!! I have a very large roof and they came with 9 crew members... six who worked on the roof, while 3 were working on the ground to ensure that my yard was kept tidy. They put up tarps and fabric to protect the house (windows and siding) and were extremely efficient. I would highly recommend to anyone who need a roof!! The price seemed a bit on the high side, but the work and the efficiency was worth the extra cost.

Found K-Guard on google and saw that they did free estimates. Called to get someone to come out and spoke to the manager, Jeremy. He was very professional and was able to send Larry Moore out, the next day!! The appointment was for 6 pm and he called the day of the appointment to say that he could actually come out earlier! He showed up and was very friendly. Told me about the company and the two gentlemen that run the business. It took less than 15 minutes to do the estimate on a split level house! Larry was able to provide samples of what was going to be installed. He was also able to answer all my questions and we were successful in going through the application process for financing right then and there. He went around and took pictures and videos. He also was very helpful in showing me the video of the damage that either squirrels or water had done to the back corner of the fascia so that even if we didn't go with their company that I would be able to have the company we did go with fix it! All and all the appointment was around about 45 minutes to an hour. I would and have recommended this company to my family as soon as he left. I will post another updated review after the team has installed the gutters.

We used DunRite for remodeling the outside of our home starting last fall. Everything went well for us and Gus was always responsive with any questions or issues that did arise. We had an issue with the guttet brackets they used, and the next day they were out fixing them to ensure we were pleased! We've gotten so many compliments from friends, neighbors, and strangers! The before and after photos speak for themselves!

We recently had Dunrite Exteriors replace our vinyl siding. We went with Certainteed board and batten and cedar shake. While it did take some time to get all of the materials, once they started the job went very well. Their attention to detail is great. I have spent most of my life as a Project Engineer, and I was very impressed with the way they approached this project. Materials and workmanship is first rate! Not an inexpensive job, but competitive (received 3 quotes). Couldn’t be happier with the outcome! Truly transformed the appearance of our house! We used several of their design suggestions at the time of the initial quoting, and they have proven to be significant improvements to the overall look, and they weren’t things we were even considering, but we are certainly glad that we incorporated them in our project. We would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for an excellent contractor!! ****** *

We are so impressed with this company. From the office to the installers to your representative Tim Tipton. He did a great job in getting our insurance to cover our damage on the roof and gutters. He is very friendly, helpful and knows his stuff. The installers were very nice, worked very hard and were very professional. As for clean up of debris of the old roof and gutters, there was not one piece of the old roof or gutters left in the yard. We had a leak in our kitchen ceiling and Gus analyzed it was from the roof. He sent me an estimate and we agree upon the repair, which was private pay and not insurance. Shortly afterwards his crew came out and fixed the problem. Gus came out the following week for an inspection and all is well. I strongly recommend using DunRite Exteriors for all of your roofing/gutter needs.

Recently used DunRite for a flat roof that was leaking and causing quite a headache for us. Did some research of highly rated roofers and DunRite was at the top. They did not disappoint, our Project Manager (Tim Tipton) was fabulous and regularly communicated everything to us in a very upfront way. Initially they did not think they would be able to get material but called back the next day and had found some available! Upon that they provided a more than fair quote when compared to some other roofers who suggested the same method for addressing our water leaks. I would highly recommend to anyone who is considering a roof replacement or roof project as they went above and beyond for us.

DunRite installed new windows in my home. They were very professional, friendly, and quick! They did a great job of making sure they cleaned up as well, which is very important to me. I shopped around a bit and I chose them based off their pricing and professionalism. There was a cosmetic issue with one of the windows that Gus pointed out when he returned to follow up, and he made sure they installed a new one so they were perfect. I don't know if I would have ever noticed the scratch, but the fact that he pointed it out and made it right was incredible.

From start to finish, Gus Taktikos guided me through the entire process of having my 27-year-old roof replaced. Gus spent well over an hour showing me the various materials that would be used during installation and explaining the purpose of each. The roofers showed up on time on the specified date and finished around 1:00 PM the next day. They did a good job with the clean-up and the dumpster was removed promptly. The installation process was seamless in that every step was orchestrated to be completed so that the next step could get started. During the entire process, Gus was on the other end of the phone to answer any questions/concerns. I gathered 3 estimates for this job. All were within a hundred dollars or so of each other; therefore, it wasn't the price that led to my choosing Dun-rite - it was Gus. I liked the other guys. I trusted Gus. Good company. Good employees. I highly recommend Dun-rite Exteriors.

We’re very pleased that we went with this company. The crew that did the labor was hard-working and courteous. It was windy and the weather dropped temperature very quickly, and they continued working hard. When they came to a part that wasn’t sound, they made sure to replace the board to make sure that my roof was done properly. Gus was very informative on the products that they use, how and why they needed. We felt very informed. While roof replacement is not cheap, we felt that we got the best quality for the best possible price. Any issues that I had, I was able to get quick responses from Gus with a quick resolution. Highly recommend.

Got several estimates on a new roof. Dunrite was not the cheapest, but they were the only ones who recommended what I believe to be the proper type of ventilation for my home. Everybody was friendly and professional. Communication wasn't the best but overall things went pretty smoothly and I'm happy with my new roof.

So far they are great. Started installing my roof today. I just got the financing yesterday. In fact, DunRite called me today to let me know that my financing was approved and that they would be contacting me soon to schedule the install. I chuckled and politely told her that they were installing it as we speak. She laughed, and said they were ahead of the game. So far, they are great to work with!

I recently had DunRite Exteriors install a K-Guard Leaf-Free Gutter system at my home. The sales rep Tim T. was really great: he explained the product well, pointing out the advantages of their product without trashing the competition. Every other company I got a quote from spent more time telling me why other companies' products were terrible than explaining what was good about their product. Tim was totally no-pressure too. I told every company I met with that I was getting several quotes on several different products, and Tim from DunRite was the only rep that respected my process. He gave me the quote without trying to get me to sign a contract that day. He talked me through the various options and asked me questions to try to find me discounts. I was an A+ purchase experience and I highly recommend working with Tim. There was an issue: they installed the wrong color gutters. Tim handled the issue promptly and respectfully. DunRite actually took down the installed gutters (300+ linear feet!!!) and installed the correct color gutters without me having to fight for it. I was extremely pleased with how I was treated throughout the entire process. The correct gutters are now installed, and they look great. The product is awesome. The gutters were tested by some recent heavy rains and came through with flying colors. Places where I had overflowing gutters causing waterfalls from the roof and now clear. I am extremely pleased with the purchase process but more so with the finished process. I highly recommend this product and this company.

DunRite Exteriors and K Guard were very responsive. Longwood Manor is an historical structure located in Macedonia, OH. We were in need of a new flat roof and replacement of slate tiles. Mike and his office staffer, Pam, kept us informed of the delays due to weather and the rescheduled date. The new flat roof was installed in one day and looks wonderful. They were very accommodating and willing to use the extra slate we had to replace the missing slate tiles. The new roof sheds the rainwater well. We feel our roof is ready for winter. Gus and his crew were excellent, professional, hard working and super responsive to my needs. I have a steeply pitched roof that the crew tackled with ease, in one day! The cleanup was excellent; the guys did a great job of respecting the property, landscaping and home. Everyone was overly friendly and courteous. I had a couple of concerns after the installation that were immediately addressed with inspections and adjustments to issues that really weren't even problems. One item in particular was strictly superficial. I'm sure they were doing what I asked simply to make sure I was satisfied, which I was. The price was excellent, as I had quoted the job with at least 5 competitors, most of which had weak warranties and unknown material quality, unlike DunRite. And they wanted more for the job. Thousands more. I would not hesitate to recommend them, or use them again.

The Dunrite team did an amazing job fixing a lot of bad work done previously on my 160-year-old historical home. I especially liked that my sales rep Gus planned for a worst case scenario in the original quote so there were not any additional costs or surprises. Very professional and honest company. Only regret I did not meet them sooner!

We had our 30 year old gutters replaced last Summer with new KGuard gutters. We ‘ve now gone thru a Fall and Winter seasons and they are flawless. No leaves, no ice anymore. I’ve owned these gutters for almost 20 years. They are outstanding! I’ve had service one time, for a leak at a connecting gutter. The gutter and cover is all one piece, so wind and weather will not separate the pieces. Incredibly sturdy. No more gutter cleaning! Not to be confused with Leaf Filter, I believe they may go by the name Lead Guard now. These are superior to gutter helmet and others of that ilk.

Work done ahead of schedule and we’ll done on completion. The crew cleaned up the yard well. They were all employees of the company, not subcontractors like so many others use. The K channel is the best choice going for maintenance free gutters. These are built heavy duty and backed up for life.

We just had KGUARD installed to our home with a recommendation from our daughter who has it on her home. It looks great!! Guys were very polite and installation was done very quickly and a great job. They installed gutters for us, which supposedly have a life-time warranty. Don't believe it. We've called numerous times now and they have stated "you're on the schedule this week." They have literally told us that for three weeks in a row. This is the fourth week now. No one has come. We've spoken to the customer service person, the general manager and tried to speak to the owner but they have refused to give us his or her information. So, the warranty is useless. And, believe it or not, the general manager told my wife "you know we're not making any money on this job." I've called and filed a complaint with the parent company regarding this dealer location. But, if I were a potential customer, I wouldn't use this system based upon the response we've seen. Find another supplier.

Gus my Sales person was amazing. We had a rocky start of things not going right. Then Mike and Gus made sure everything was taken care of and to my liking. Just got my old gutters replaced with K-Guard. Gus from DunRite Exteriors was more than accommodating and got me a great deal, and the crew that came to work were courteous, professional, and did an immaculate job in a timely manner. My house looks SO MUCH BETTER now! The gutters really put a nice finished look on the place, and I can’t get over what solid work the crew did. I’m a handyman and a builder in my spare time, so I’m a bit of a stickler for quality and doing the job right the first time. DunRite lives up to their name, and will not disappoint!

Had wind damage to my siding and this company did the repairs. They took care of all the insurance stuff and did a great job installing the product. This is a no-nonsense leaf free gutter system. Solid construction, professional installation. We replaced all the soffit and facia board, so we will have a solid LFGS for years to come, and so will the next owners, with the transferable warranty. Larry Moore was our salesman and he was great. I installed K-Guard gutters about 5 years ago. I've had some water overflow issues for sometime. I finally called to ask if this was normal and was told that sometimes with heavy rains it happens. However, if I took a video of the overflow when it was raining, they would see if this was a problem that they could resolve. I sent the video to Tom and he called me right back and said he would be out to fix the problem. A few days later he showed up with Mike and they resolved the issue with a mesh cover that quickly solved the problem. Also, they noticed some pine needles that had settled in the bottom of the gutter and removed them. I can't tell you how happy I am with the service and the results. I received a flyer in the mail by K-Guard, and as a Civil Drainage Engineer was intrigued and felt challenged by the flyer stating "Eliminate clogged gutters and drainage issues forever". Well, having been resigned to my fate of having basement flooding issues due to a lethal mix of a high groundwater table and rainwater causing my basement to flood every year, I decided to challenge K-Guard! With the ingeniousness nature of Francisco, the lead gutter installer and the compassion of Dan, the scheduler, to my plight, this all around gutter system has the high potential to show an engineering solution to my defunct French Drain systems and over-taxed sump pump. I believe this system did the trick! I took K-Guard to task during our first Labor Day downpour and it worked! The system is great and we had an amazing experience with not only Jeff our Salesman but Jackson called to follow up. They take customer service very seriously, did not pressure me at all and really respected my time. I would recommend them to my closest friends and grandparents because I know they will be taken care of. A few years back we had our roofing replaced by DunRite. They tore off three layers of shingles, completed some carpentry work, laid new shingles, and hung new gutters. The workers were prompt, friendly, and answered any questions that we had. We called them with concerns about a year later and they were quick to address and resolve our concerns. We highly recommend DunRite for roofing installation.

DunRite Exteriors replaced the shingles on our house, garage and shed April 2019. We chose DunRite Exteriors after contacting three other roofing companies. DunRite’s representative (Gus) arrived timely to inspect our roofs and provide a free estimate. He spent over 2 hours thoroughly answering all our many questions. He explained the entire job process and informed us of the shingle/material options available. At our request, he gladly provided estimates for both GAF and IKO shingles - with and without the garage and shed. He addressed all our concerns and openly disclosed any possible additional costs (minimal flat cost per sheet of roof decking if rotted wood was found when old shingles were torn off). We did not have the same positive experience with the other three companies. They all had an A+ rating with the BBB and were insured, but they all fell short on either communication, timeliness of appointment/providing estimate, or competitive pricing. With DunRite Exteriors we felt like a valued potential customer rather than just a source of revenue so we contracted their services and scheduled a flexible date for the install. The roofing crew arrived early morning and immediately started stripping off the old shingles. There was a crew on the roof installing materials and a crew on the ground keeping the area clean. They returned the following day and finished the job in just a couple hours.

I had gutter screens put on over a year ago. They are fabulous, no leaves accumulating, no overflowing gutters, I don't have to climb and clean the gutters. I have a two story house and would have to hire someone at least twice a year to clean the gutters. The guards are pricey but worth it versus a family member or myself falling off the ladder. Safety always wins over money in my book!!!! The guards will pay for themselves in less than 10 years.

We had DunRite exteriors put on our kgaurd gutters. They did a wonderful job and communicated well with us. They helped work within our budget. The process was slower then we had anticipated but they communicated well to let us know the delays and alterations to the schedule. Very happy with how the gutters turned out. We've used K-Guard/Dunrite for the past several years to replace asphalt roof sections of a large building. They have been professional, clean and quick on every project. This past month we had an overhang roof with copper gutters destroyed by a delivery truck. K-Guard replace everything down to the damaged plywood and install new beautiful copper gutters and downspouts. We will continue to use them for years to come.

We suffered a house fire in 2016 and the house was rebuilt from the first floor up. We were already planning on getting K-Guard gutters before the fire so the decision to have them installed was almost automatic. The installation was fast and the results have been better than expected. We are very pleased with our K-Guard gutters and highly recommend them.

the initial installation process was seamless and performed very professionally. some time later, i needed to have my house re-roofed and that's where the difficulties began. somehow, the roof on the dormer at the back of my house does not match up with the k-guard gutters. there is now a gap between the gutter and the roof, and i have a solid drip line running the entire width of my house, about one foot from the foundation. someone from k-guard came out and looked at it and said that it was the roofers' fault. i'm not quite sure why, nor how it can be fixed, but the back gutter is not performing its job and the dripping is causing a line to form in the dirt, below. a year or so after that, i had to have the roof replaced on the front of my house and this time, k-guard workers came out and removed the gutters before, and re-installed them after the roofing job was completed. this removal and re-installation cost $400 for about 40 feet of gutters. this time, there does not seem to be a similar problem with any leakage. one thing that i noted on the original installation was that k-guard installed a little, metal dam at the bottom of a valley formed by the intersection of my roof and a gable. they said it was to prevent over-spill because the large amount of water which would be gathering in the valley and running down would be more than the k-guard system can handle. unfortunately, this dam also caused a backup of leaves in the valley. when the k-guard salesman came out to check out the job before the front roof could be started, i mentioned this to him and asked that the dam *not* be replaced, when the gutters were put back up. he advised against it, but said it was fine, and that's what the workers did, when they re-installed the gutters. overall, the gutters seem to do an adequate job of collecting rainwater, but i only gave them 3 stars because of the problem with the gutter on the back of the house and how it's letting rainwater dig a little trench in the ground. -0- UPDATE -0- i'm adding one star to my rating -0- i eventually paid to have the gutters on the back of the house removed and re-hung. the crew which came out was very prompt, efficient and effective. there is no more leakage between my gutters and the house. i'm still not sure, exactly, how replacing a roof interferes with the attachment or continuity of the gutters to the house, but the problem has been remedied, to the tune of an additional $300 or $400 out of my pocket.

I had two problem area gutters replaced with kguard gutters and leaf guard screens. Draining fine now with no leaves or roof or gravel in gutters. I do have to sweep off the top of the screens but much easier than digging in the gutter. Drains good now and no more holes in the ground from overflow. I will say I was not happy with the second installation but they rectified it and fine after fix.

We have a large house with a high pitch roof next to a wooded area. Our gutters were getting loose, sagged, and were always filled with leaves. I must say that K-Guard exceeded our expectations to have very solid, substantial gutter that were larger than standard gutters with a cover technology that keeps the leaves and debris out. Another benefit is that they also look more integrated into the house. Wish we would have done this sooner based on all the money we spent to clean leaves out twice a year.

They were so helpful and accommodating when I had to get my gutters removed for new siding. Megan was extremely helpful even when the siding contractors rescheduled on me at the last minute. It was fantastic. My intention is later on to call them back again and have them do the front of the house, but I don't know when yet. They were very attentive and they just did a great job. The only thing that they didn't do, but I guess they don't normally do that, is put the gutter extension on, so we had to go ahead and buy that. They replaced the covers on the gutters and everything because we kept getting it clogged up, so they replaced that on the back of the house.

It turned out pretty good. Just a couple of times we have had to have somebody do our gutters, but most of the time it's pretty good. It was fine. They were very professional. I would tell friends or family that it was a good experience for us. We can't do it anymore so it was helpful. They put in gutter guards on the entire house.

I am not sure what the price was but it was $15 a foot and our house is two sides of 80 feet each so it would be $15 times 80 feet. I don't know what their price is now. I would say the price was all right because it included installation and everything- removing the old gutter, putting in new hardware whatever and enlarging the downspouts because that included downspouts. They enlarged the holes where the water runs down because at 80 feet of length that's a lot of roof and so the water would spill over the old gutters because it couldn't take the flow. So they made 6" holes instead of the 4" downspouts. It was good quality. Responsiveness was right away. I want to have them put gutters on my barn next - it's a smaller building. The leaves don't get in no matter what happens. It doesn't get stuffed up with anything and nothing sticks to it. We examined all the gutters replacements and we found them not to be the cheapest but the one that works the best. One of their guarantees is that it will transfer over to the next person who buys the house. Another thing is if it ever does get clogged up, even if its midnight on the coldest night of the year, they will come out at midnight or whatever time it is to fix the problem at no charge. We recommend them to all our friends. We point out our new gutters since we are proud of them. The other ones weren't bad. They were white gutters but a little wobbly. These are nice and straight and flat and they give the house a nicer appearance on top of it all. They are totally maintenance free. In fact, if we want to they'll come and no matter how many years pass put some wire that's covered in rubber or something but heat gets thru. They put it in a zigzag fashion in the gutter because the hole is big enough and install a weather proof wire up and down up and down zigzag pattern so it would melt any ice that fell into it and stop any ice formations which can pull your gutters down. The icicles here can form 5 or 6 feet long and they could impale you if they fell on you. We always have to knock them down with a broom. My husband walks around knocking them down like a pinata. Once we get the money to do that we will so he doesn't have to do that. They replaced the gutters on our home.

They let me use a coupon I had in my book from Angie's List. I'm very happy with the work they did. They did a good job. He didn't even measure the roof. He just looked at it from down below. I asked him how did the roof look. He said, "Not to bad. You can probably get another 5 years on that roof." I said, "Oh good." Then when the guys were here to put the gutters on, I now have to pay to have them take their gutters off because that voids their warranty. So now I have to pay this place extras, to come over and take the things off the gutters. And I probably have to get a new roof. They guy tried to save me money. They did excellent work. Very good, very good quality. I didn't do much shopping, but it was suppose to be about $100 per linear foot. But it was important for me to get it and I didn't want to pay someone to come clean the leaves out of my gutter. But it was worth it. The whole overall experience was pretty good, actually. They cleaned up real well. They did a good job. He was here when they told me they'd be here. It was a very good experience. They picked up everything. They asked me if I wanted anything or if I wanted anything leftover. Very good. I may use them for the roof. They put new gutters in with the covers.

The install went great. The employees were professional and did a great job with the install. We needed new gutters and down spouts. We visited the showroom and set up an appointment after viewing the gutters and asking questions. A salesman came out to give us a quote and answered our additional questions.

They used a far superior products when replacing my gutters and downspouts. They did the service very professionally and quickly. They did some extra aluminum work at no extra charge. When they had to replace a board that was not in the plan of the service, they did so with out charge. They were friendly, finished the service a day ahead of schedule, and cleaned up well. They replaced my gutters and downspouts.

They did an excellent job, excellent workmanship and plus through Angie’s List I got a $300 discount. It even makes the appearance of my home look better. I am very happy and had a good experience with all of the employees even the receptionist. I even went and paid them in person so I could tell them how happy I was and great of a job it was. They removed my old gutters and downspouts and put new gutters with leaf guards.

I was very impressed with the quality and workmanship of K Guard. I called several roofing companies that either wanted a deposit just to come do an inspection or provide me with a quote for simply doing band aid type fixes (Jelek Roofing). These other companies were so unprofessional and simply wanted my money without fundamentally fixing my problem. This was not the case with K Guard. I worked with Mike and he came by to do the inspection and spelled out for me all that needed to be done to my roof. A few years ago we hired the Amish to do a new roof. very good, observed a section of my home that had a excellent gutter system and didn't need serviced, didn't try charging more for anything, thought that was very nice, as I am a senior citizen on a limited income, I appreciate that, the 1st rain I had leaks, they came out 5 different times, sealed everything and it works perfectly now, anything that wasn't perfect they fixed it, did a very fine job removed gutter system and installed a new system that doesn't require me to clean my gutters ever again

K-Guard is standing behind the issues we are having, and we are using them again for additional services as well. General manager took time to come out and work through issues, and listen to complaints. I hope that the next service they preform is above par (roof).

They put new covered gutters and downspout on the driveway side of my house. They re-routed these so that all of the water was carried down along the house toward the front, eliminating a downspout that poured water onto the driveway (and back into my basement.) I had been told by another company that it couldn't be done. It cast more than I had hoped, but I'm satisfied.

We were nervous about spending so much money but we really really needed new gutters and some form of coverage from constant rain of leaves etc from trees. We also knew we had rotted fascia boards that would need replacing. Afterwards we are delighted with the results! The house looks much better and no more water rushing over side of house. The color of downspouts (special order) matched our house color perfectly. We were extremely pleased and impressed with Scott the lead installer, he was so professional and hard working and paid attention to all the details and requests we made. It is rare to see someone who is works so hard to get it right. Due to the oddness of our old Cleveland Heights home he had to move an enormous section of the gutters several times to make sure it was to drain properly. The workers also were excellent in cleaning up and even taking care not to disturb our flower beds. I should also add I spent huge amount of time researching these types of clog free gutters and was aware of possibility of ice buildup. The person that sold us the system said that he would treat the ice dams and actually did increase the ice dams. The work that they did was fine, but by adding in, it caused more ice build up than we expect. Their lifetime warranty is removed unless we use them so they have a little blackmail scheme going on. Replaced brackets, gutter elbows and caps. Adjusted some of the gutters that had been affected by ice from the brutal winter. Replaced trim on the side of the house that had disengaged from the house. |The workmen were very professional, courteous and efficient. The project took about 3 hours to complete. K-Guard installed a complete gutter system on our entire split level home located on a lot with 43 trees. They were very professional, on time for the estimate and installation and realized the person who did the estimate forgot to include a couple of down spouts and the parts that go with them. I asked what the revised price would be and was told we would pay the price on the estimate. The overlooked items were their problem, not mine. How refreshing!!! The entire installation was completed in less than 5 hours, and, other than the new gutters you would never have known anyone had been on our property. Since they have been up, my husband has been trying to find a place where they are clogging up and he will have to do his favorite job and climb on a ladder and unclog it. In spite of all our trees, the gutters are as clean as the day the went up. We highly recommend K-Guard. We shopped all the others and these looked like the best. They are guaranteed forever and if we have to replace the roof, they will come remove the gutters and put them back up when the roof work is done. The people who came out to the house to install our gutters were professional and friendly from the first contact to the last. K-Guard's sales staff understood exactly what was needed and how to tie our current gutters into the new ones. They listened to what we wanted done and matched out expectations. As with any project like this, we had some unexpected problems occur. They resolved those issues quickly and still matched what we wanted done. The job was done to our complete satisfaction. The service was fine. I didn’t like that they had to reschedule the appointment. The gutters were partially installed three floors above the ground because I have a walk out basement. I thought the product was a bit expensive. I purchased a big deal for $99 for $200 Worth of KGuard Gutter Installation.

It went fine. The original installation took less than a day. They did an excellent job. A little expensive but cheaper than most other no clog gutter systems. I needed a downspout realigned and they replumbed the downspout in question without any further cost. It looks great now. Thank you very much, KGuard.

Bill came out to give an estimate. Passed by the house, because we don't have the address numbers on our home yet. Showed product and explained the installation. Got call later and asked if they could install gutters, in a time of freezing cold and snow. Told them they were nuts and to come when warmer. Installed K-Guard clog free gutters on our new home.

See above Replaced all gutters that werre in holes on my detached garage and very large house. Price was $50.00 less than havingreplacing them with gutterswith toppers. Didn't want to use the toppers with my 2 week old roof as theyopen up the roof two rows up and placethe toppers. Happy with the leaf guard. they slightly misaligned after 6 months, I called and they came proptly and replaced that area. NO COMPLAINS from me with the service.
